How do we do it?
Step 01
We plant a tree for an employed worker.
We celebrate new employees by buying a tree sapling. They all receive a special certificate acknowledging our collective action for the environment and a better tomorrow, which is not only an expression of our concern for the planet, but also underscores our commitment to sustainability.
Step 02
Trees are planted and rebuild Polish forests.
Posadzimy.pl is passionate about saving forests whose vegetation has been destroyed by natural disasters. Planting takes place twice a year, in autumn and spring.
Step 03
Trees grow and support us all.
Forests are a key element in capturing carbon dioxide and producing oxygen, take care of the balance of the ecosystem and participate in the fight against global warming. They are a long-lasting gift that will serve future generations.

We have a paperless policy in our offices.
We avoid the unnecessary use of paper and instead use modern technology. In this way, we reduce our carbon footprint and minimize water consumption, energy consumption and tree cutting.
Ecoenergy
Our headquarters are equipped with both solar panels and energy-efficient lighting. In addition, at the end of the working day, equipment in our offices is unplugged to reduce unnecessary electricity consumption.
Subsidies for cyclists
We have a subsidy program for employees who commute to work by bicycle. In this way, we encourage daily physical activity and reduce air pollution.
